Tatsiana Harbacheuskaya

Professional Artist & Educator

Tatsiana Harbacheuskaya is a professional artist with over 25 years of experience painting landscapes, portraits, and the world around her. Originally from Belarus, she holds a Master’s degree in Fine Arts and Art History from Minsk Cultural University, and now exhibits and teaches in Las Vegas, Nevada.

A Signature Member of Watercolor West, the Nevada Watercolor Society, and the Louisiana Watercolor Society, Tatsiana has received numerous national awards, including multiple “Best in Show” recognitions and the Gold Medal for Water Media at the Bosque Arts Center. Her work has been featured internationally in publications such as Art of Watercolor and Pratique des Arts.

Tatsiana’s Teaching Approach

For Tatsiana, painting in a place as vibrant as Morocco is not about perfectly replicating a scene, but about capturing how the light feels against the ancient walls of the medina. Her teaching style is encouraging and observational, focusing on loose, atmospheric watercolors that allow the soul of a place to breathe.

She guides students to simplify complex scenes, interpret light and shadow, and develop their own visual language. Throughout the journey, she will help you translate the “organized chaos” of Fes, the serene blues of Chefchaouen, and the coastal light of Asilah into personal and expressive works.
