MoroccanMeraki Retreats – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At MoroccanMeraki, we are committed to providing transformative and immersive experiences. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy before booking your retreat.


Non-Refundable Booking

  • Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in any retreat. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified at the time of booking.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due by the specified date prior to the retreat. Once full payment is received, it is considered final and non-refundable.


Retreat Cancellation by MoroccanMeraki

  • Force Majeure: In the event that MoroccanMeraki must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), participants will be offered:

    • A full refund of all payments made.

    • Or, the option to transfer to another retreat of equal value, subject to availability.

  • Minimum Participation: If the minimum number of participants required for a retreat is not met, MoroccanMeraki reserves the right to cancel the retreat. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and offered:

    • A full refund of all payments made.

    • Or, the option to transfer to another retreat of equal value, subject to availability.


Participant-Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 30 Days Before Retreat Start Date: Participants may cancel their booking with a full refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • 15 to 30 Days Before Retreat Start Date: Participants may cancel their booking and receive a 50% refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • Less than 15 Days Before Retreat Start Date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the retreat start date.


Transfer of Booking

  • Eligibility: Participants may transfer their booking to another individual, provided the new participant meets any prerequisites for the retreat.

  • Notification: MoroccanMeraki must be notified in writing of the transfer at least 7 days before the retreat start date.

  • Approval: Transfers are subject to approval by MoroccanMeraki and may incur additional administrative fees.


Travel Insurance

  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend that participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

  • Responsibility: It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate insurance coverage for their trip.


Behavioral Expectations

  • Conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during the retreat.

  • Removal: MoroccanMeraki reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or harmful to others, with no refund or reimbursement.
