COOKING CLASSES MOROCCAN QUISINE
The Moroccan cuisine is a wonderful delight to the palate. The traditional dishes are made from fresh ingredients, spices, nuts, fresh herbs and dried fruits. Various meats are used (mutton, beef, chicken) – depending on the region you are visiting what is more prominent. Everything is fresh and healthy – free from pesticides, hormones, chemicals and preservatives. Some of the typical Moroccan dishes to name a few are: tagine (slow simmered stew), couscous (flour grain), pastilla (pastry pie), kefta (meatballs), grilled kabobs, and harira (soup).
Perhaps you would like to participate in authentic cooking classes under the guidance of a local Moroccan chef; this can be arranged.
