RESERVATION POLICY

Booking Requirement:

Workshop or tour leader is responsible in collecting the money from the participants. Once a workshop is guaranteed (enough people to proceed with the workshop) or tour is agreed upon a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total trip is required. The balance of the payment is due 3 months prior to the tour date.  If guarantee date or booking is made within the 3 months prior to tour date, full payment is due immediately.  

 

Payment details (how to make payment) will be sent to you once guarantee has been made.

 

Cancellation Policy: 

Our cancellation policy is put in place for the sustainability of our workshops/tours and to ensure the quality of our services. 

 

ALL monies paid are non-refundable.  

While we recognize that unforeseen events may occur, our non-refundable policy applies to any changes made to your reservation.  Once confirmed, and paid for, no refunds or credits will be given for modifications.

 

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchase of travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may come up.  We are not linked to any insurance providers; it is your responsibility to ensure adequate coverage for trip cancellation and interruption.  We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of your selected insurance policy to fully understand the coverage and claims process.

 

In the event that Moroccan Meraki cancels a workshop or tour due to “force majeure” or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you immediately and issue a full refund.
